REGULAR MONTHLY BOARD MEETING:                                                                                                                                                                      Typically held on the 4th Thursday of each month although meetings are subject to change when unforseen conflicts arise.
November & December board meetings will typically be held one week earlier, depending on how the holiday falls in the month.
Meeting time is 5:00 pm, location is at the New London Town Hall, 16151 Co Rd 9 NE, New London.

IF A MEETING DATE OR TIME CHANGES IT WILL BE POSTED AT THE TOWN HALL & AT BOTH NEW LONDON & SPICER POST OFFICES.

VENDORS: All statements are due to the clerk by the 15th of the month in order for a check to issued at the regular monthly board meeting.
For the month of August 2019, please have statements/invoices to the clerk by August 12, 2019.


TOWNSHIP RIGHT-OF-WAY:
Absolutely NO planting or obstructions are allowed in the township right-of-way.
NO PARKING in the township right-of-way.


RIGHT-OF-WAY DITCH MOWING:
Ditch mowing is scheduled for two single cuts to be done, as determined necessary, during the summer. A double cut will be done in the fall.
PLEASE DO NOT PLACE ANY OBSTRUCTIONS IN THE TOWNSHIP RIGHT-OF-WAY.

RIGHT-OF-WAY TREE & BRUSH CUTTING:
Cutting of trees and brush in the township right-of-way will begin in the month of May and continue as needed throughout the summer & fall.

RIGHT-OF-WAY DITCH SPRAYING:
Spraying of brush and noxious weeds in the township right-of-way will take place in June and July. 
If you do not want your right-of-way sprayed, contact one of the township supervisors.

LAND USE PERMIT:
The New London Township Land Use Ordinance was repealed on July 26, 2018. A permit from the township is not longer required for moving in a previously used dwelling. However, please check with the Kandiyohi County Zoning Office and with the City of New London before moving in any previously used dwelling.

CULVERT/DRIVEWAY PERMIT:
If you are in need of a culvert/driveway permit, contact a supervisor.
Permit form can be downloaded from the township web site. Permit fee is $20.

GOLF CART PERMIT:
If you are in need of a golf cart permit, contact the clerk.
Permit form can be downloaded from the township web site. Permit fee is $20 for a 2-year permit.
